To the eclectic traveller the very sound of Hydra instantly triggers reveries of long, languid dinners and Leonard Cohen.

On the island where the soul is easily soothed  with a bowl of fresh mussels, buttery “saganaki” and garlic pasta, the sense of sweet summer life permeates through the very bones of each walk up to the grey shutters of the poet’s window.

You’d be hard pressed to find a corner not ladden with stories over here.
